I’ve been getting routine maintenance here for about a year. I consistently have to wait over an hour for an oil change which is ridiculous. I have an apt for 10:30 for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told it would be a wait of over 2-3 hours. It was a 45 min drive one way hence the reason I made an apt. The same night I received an email that states service complete when in fact they didn’t even touch the truck. I have left messages for a manager to call me, sent messages on Facebook and the Only calls I received are someone from. Sales trying to sell me a new vehicle. If Brandon Hyundai was the last dealer left I would ride a bike. You will never get our business again. Don’t offer free service with the Purchase if you can’t follow through. More
