The manager Eli did not meet our needs as return Hyundai car owners. He would not take an optional extended warranty off the price and increased MSRP by 3000 dollars. We are pre approved and that did not ma car owners. He would not take an optional extended warranty off the price and increased MSRP by 3000 dollars. We are pre approved and that did not matter, he said he wouldn't take off the 2800 dollar extended warranty. He tried to make it sound like we owed him for shipping the car to the dealership. He welcomed the idea of going to another dealership too. We will be happy to oblige. More
I originally went to get a key remote programmed for my 2011 Hyundai Elantra, but I was told that the remote had been discontinued. I thought that was crazy since they are the Hyundai dealer...But I was ab 2011 Hyundai Elantra, but I was told that the remote had been discontinued. I thought that was crazy since they are the Hyundai dealer...But I was able to find one online for $40 and came back to have it programmed. They were able to program it quickly and the remote works great! My advice: Try to find your key remote online, like with eBay before having it programmed. You might save some money! More
I took my 2018 Santa Fe in for several dummy lights on. Michelle was my service advisor and she informed me it would be a speed sensor that needed replaced. Very bad experience at Brandon Hyundai. I got my car after service but tire pressure was leaking and valve was damaged due to somebody tried to put something i side valve to stop the leakage. I had to return back for the fix luckily it got fixed but I had to rush for the same and costed me extra 1 hour. More

I was discouraged at first when I pulled out as there was no information stating to sit in your car a d wait for someone to come out. As I patiently waited in my car Harold came out asked how my day was goin no information stating to sit in your car a d wait for someone to come out. As I patiently waited in my car Harold came out asked how my day was going and how can he help. I came for an oil change and asked Harold if he could look at my tires as I felt I may need new ones. Harold was super easy to work with and honest . I was able to drop my car off get two new tires and an oil change in under three hours. More
