It gets better every time if only you had more Faten's, she is great. I came for a recall, got an appointment at 8:00 am. I had to ask 2 different people for an update after waiting for 3 hours. I scheduled my appointment to get a recall fixed and get an oil change ! During this time I called three times to the dealership Service department to check on my car. All three times I get told hey service advisor will call me back. Finally after not hearing from anybody I go at 5pm and and check on my car and I had just got them from the service center about to leave For the day. Only To find out that they did the oil change and never did the recall! Brandon Hyundai is the only place that I’ve ever taken this car in my car before it too and I have never had any experience like this this is a complete let down. I am very upset!! More
I hate to be writing a bad review but I received MULTIPLE emails requesting a review since my visit and left a message with a manager without a return call so here's my honest review of this dealership. I recently moved to the Brandon area and always get my car serviced at a Hyundai dealership without any issues so I thought this location would be the same. I was wrong. I called and made an appointment for a Saturday as I needed an oil change and a recall notice. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone even came to check me in and when they finally did, I dropped off my car, left my phone number and was told they would call me within the next 4 hours when it was completed. Nobody called to let me know what was going on. I called an hour before closing and was told it wasn't done so I told them to keep the car until Monday. On Monday, I called at Noon and was told they didn't perform the oil change yet and they wouldn't have the "hose to check for the engine recall until Friday". I was NEVER informed of this when I dropped my car off and was in fact told it would be ready in 4 hours. I told them to just do the oil change and I'd be in to get the car in 1 hour. When I arrived, I stood in the office while people walked around me like I was invisible. No one working there even acknowledged me standing there or even asked If I was there to pick up my car. After 10 minutes I finally asked someone for my keys, paid my invoice and left. I didn't want to cause a scene at the dealership so I called to speak to a manager the next day in order to discuss having the engine recall looked at. I left a message as "all managers are unavailable" and I never received a notice or phone call back to come in and have my recall completed. I will NEVER return to this dealership again. Don't waste your time or money here in their service department. I will not be returning for service on my car or to purchase a new one in the future. Highly disappointed with the customer service and staff at this location. More
