I told them what the problem was when I dropped it off. They had car for 4hrs . Only did ecm update. Didn't work. I took it to my mechanic and they seen on the machine it was #4 coil pack. I’ve had better service from other Hyundai dealers, but this one is within close proximity of my home and convenient to avoid a long drive plus wait. They’re customer service has definitely improved, but I this one is within close proximity of my home and convenient to avoid a long drive plus wait. They’re customer service has definitely improved, but I still think it needs work. I also find that they’re not consistent in what they sell; one visit you need breaks (which I alway get a second opinion for stuff like that) and next visit their telling me I’m good (and I haven’t even done work to the breaks they recommended needed changing at the previous visit). It all depends on who you meet. Some sell harder than others and you get to know the advisors that will push a service to make a buck and another that won’t. Will keep supporting my local Brandon Hyundai Service spot, as long as they trend on improvement. More

We were looking to upgrade our smaller SUV for a size just a little larger when we visited another dealer with poor information before going to Brandon Hyundai. Mike listened to our request of must haves and would likes and suggested a new Santa Fe. We told him new was beyond our present budget and he respectfully listened and asked us to look at some that were fairly priced and promised to do his best to put us in a vehicle we would love. We did like what he showed us and we proceeded to consider the money aspect. Brandon Hyundai gave us a fair trade-in allowance for our older car and worked until we were approving the numbers. End of the story...we are the proud owners of a new Santa Fe and love it! I am already recommending others to see nobody but Mike Cash as the person to see. (Follow up... I forgot to remove something from my old car and Mike took time away from the sales floor to go retrieve the items and ensure we were more than satisfied.Thank you, Mike. More
