Prior to arriving at your service department I spoke to to two different people, Michelle and Kory. Both told me to ask for them when I arrived. I tried both names but no one at your service desk had a clu to two different people, Michelle and Kory. Both told me to ask for them when I arrived. Trying to make an appointment was difficult and required most of a day. The receptionist who answered the phone could not make appointments and from her location could not see the managers that were availa most of a day.
