Car broke down on trip as recall software detected engine failure, left us stranded. Had car towed to Brandon Hyundai and they took it from there. Harold De La Cruz was very helpful and communicative, Jacin Hogeland got me a free loaner/rental in emergency fashion as I was facing medical tests for upcoming surgery, and Jasmine Wiley oversaw the necessary paperwork and corrections. Computer-wise had some trouble getting attachments to be received but the words and handshakes between us sufficed, nice to see these days. Wish I lived closer as I would make this my home dealer.
