I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment to inspect my vehicle due to the check engine light coming on. I also was supposed to have an ABS fuse kit installed due to a safety recall. I was told it would take 3 hours t to the check engine light coming on. I also was supposed to have an ABS fuse kit installed due to a safety recall. I was told it would take 3 hours to do everything. I was there 3.5 hours and was then told in the video I was texted that they were out of the fuse kits; therefore, only addressed the engine light. In addition, nobody notified me when my vehicle was ready. I had to go out and find that out for myself in the parking lot. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional, but the speed of the service was very poor. More

Arrived at my scheduled appointment time. Waited over 90 min and decided to go check How much longer. I was told that had not even started on my car. Very upsetting and disappointing. The service is good, the ladies at the desk are super friendly and cordial.
