Was not greeted when I drove up, that was a first. Then when I went inside I was asked where my car was.... it was the only car under the car port for service ?????? I was texted throughout and texted back asking prices on the items and was never texted back and when I was brought the paperwork I asked did you not get my text?? Oh I didn’t have a chance to look although she texted a few times.... then when my car was delivered it was once again not washed.... I took it through myself.... I was told when I bought the car that was one of the things you do after every service .... it has yet to happen..... More

after going to the dealership 9 times to get the chrome fixed on my window, my brand new car got small scratches on the door.
