I wish I could give negative stars. I drove nearly an hour to look at a car I fully intended to purchase. When we sat down they added $1595 to the sticker price. Had the Internet price included the additional cost I probably wouldn't have gone to look at the car. Had I read their previous reviews about how shady, unprofessional, and how poorly they treat people I for sure wouldn't have gone there. Save your time and don't even bother going to Brandon Hyundai. I dread having to come here but it's the closest dealership to me. Having a CPO vehicle, I have no problem putting my warranty to work to keep my vehicle up to par. Every time I schedule an appointment, the shuttle service is either not in service or running ridiculously late. Appointment times are not honored, it's a first-come-first-serve line. The work always take longer than what I've been told. No rental cars, no ride-share reimbursements. Fortunately Hyundai corporate makes things right. It's a hassle, but it's better than being left with a bad taste in your mouth from this dealership. More
