My first courtesy service experience was very poor. The service consultant was not helpful. I selected the Rent a Car option when I booked the service online - No rental or shuttle service was provided. I service consultant was not helpful. My car still has the service reminder on after the car was serviced. I am looking for another dealership to reset it. The service department did not meet my basic expectations. More
