Had an appointment on Monday morning for an oil change at 9 am ... it took 2 1/2 hours!!!! NO IDEA it would take so long with an appointment 🤦♀️ They said I need a new air filter ... I said okay... I was not happy with the service specialist I worked with I never pay full price for a oil change I had a coupon plus i had my fuel injectors worked on as I had a coupon for that as well. He talked me into getting a cabin filter I asked him what would be the total cost I was advised $150.00 when I went to pay all of a sudden is was $193.00 the specialist needs to talk and advise the customers the proper amount and not just blow me off.
