Today 11/30/2020, I drove an hour away from home within hopes of lowering my payment. My sales “professional” Neasa suggested to me to have my brand new car repossessed and he could sell me the same car to hopes of lowering my payment. My sales “professional” Neasa suggested to me to have my brand new car repossessed and he could sell me the same car today for a lower payment. I spoke to the general manager Tim informed him of what was just suggested to me and he more or less shrugged his shoulders and said that was the only option. If I could give negative stars I would. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ll be contacting the better business bureaus about my experience. More
