I went online found the vehicle we were interested in, 2021 Calligraphy. Left an internet inquiry at 8 am. Decided I wanted to follow up in person and call to make an appointment. Went in talked with Sales Mgr, they provide the key to the Sales rep and said the car was ready for our test drive. Over the course of the next hour my wife and I waited and no car.. first they could not find the car, then they found the car but the lot was locked, then they got the lot unlocked and the car was blocked. we left, this was the third time we went to this dealership and similar experiences, never again. I really don't think this team understands how to sell "Luxury Vehicles." The car we went to drive was the flagship, and there is NO concept of how to prepare and sell your best product. More
