Even when I make an appointment it seems like I am there for at least 2 hours. This last time I went in for a recall...the recall was supposed to be 1 hr...I was asked if I would also want the oil change.. for at least 2 hours. This last time I went in for a recall...the recall was supposed to be 1 hr...I was asked if I would also want the oil change...I asked how much longer would that be...I was told not very long at all...so I said yes...so it went from 1 hour to 2 1/2 hours! They need to find a way for people that make appointments to not have to be there for hours. More
