I am sorry I took so long to respond! Mario Otero is an excellent customer service agent and the only one I trust to assist me. I own a 2004 Hyundai, bought from your dealership, so I have been dealing w excellent customer service agent and the only one I trust to assist me. I own a 2004 Hyundai, bought from your dealership, so I have been dealing with your dealership a long time; Mario is the absolutely best customer service agent you have ever had! Jody Glass is an excellent mechanic. He is definitely the best I have ever had! Together they make a great team! Jody always me allows to come back to the 'shop' and he shows me what is wrong and what needs to be repaired. In years past I have had a number of customer service agents and mechanics Mario is definitely the most thorough in explaining what needs to be repaired and Jody shows me what is wrong under the hood and explains what will fix it. If the part needs to be ordered Mario calls and keeps me updated on when to expect it to arrive. If the time is extended he always offers to get me a loaner. They are the only two I always request before bringing in my car. Thanks to very much to both of them! Linda Lines More

We purchased a preowned Hyundai Elantra from Robert and he was wonderful. We paid cash so the transaction was seamless and took about 1hr from start to finish. Finance was a breeze! We did have a little blurb with communication on an IOU but after a brief recap with the Assistant GM the cosmetic repair was completed. They even gave us a loaner and delivered our car back to us (which was about 40 minutes away) I would definitely recommend this dealership.
