I was presented with recommendations which I agreed and the process was completed in one hour and a half. Went there to buy a Sonata. When we went in, no sales person came to us. I don’t even know the name of the salesperson since he was assigned to us by someone else and he didn’t even told us his name. Als person came to us. I don’t even know the name of the salesperson since he was assigned to us by someone else and he didn’t even told us his name. Also, they wanted to sell us the most expensive one, not even when we show them the one we were looking for. They didn’t wanted to sale. We stayed there for about 3 1/2 hours to be told simply: NO. Even if you have some money down, I would recommend you to go to a different dealership. Simply don’t go! More
