The worst service that I ever received from a car dealership. I had an appointment to bring my car in for an air leak in my tire. I explained that I had to put air in regularly and the tire was not dealership. I had an appointment to bring my car in for an air leak in my tire. I explained that I had to put air in regularly and the tire was not holding air. Two and 1/2 hours later I went in to the office to see what was taking so long. My paperwork was sitting on the service reps (Tori Krupiak) desk being ignored. She asked someone else to check me out. He looked at the paperwork and said that I just needed air. I refused to take the car and insisted that they check the tire. An hour later they said that they put air in all four of the tires. I again said that the tire is leaking. After speaking with a service tech supervisor they put the car on a lift and found that the tire had a nail. Really?? A total of four and 1/2 hours was spent at the shop. The service department representative did not communicate with me at all. The only positive comment that I can make is that the service tech supervisor did apologize and did not charge me to patch the tire. I also advised Tori that I have white spots in my windshield when driving into the sun and I'd like it checked out. I had taken a picture and showed it to her. She told me to call my insurance company. This is a new vehicle. I said no, this is a Hyundai issue. She then asked if I was wearing polaroid glasses when I saw the spots. What????? She asked me to email and text her the picture, which I did. I never hear back. I followed up with an email but still nothing. More
Did not install engine shield properly. Took 3 weeks to have door handles and antenna finnial painted. So for 3 weeks our car was parked at the dealer, a colony of ants was living in the car. The Dealer ha have door handles and antenna finnial painted. So for 3 weeks our car was parked at the dealer, a colony of ants was living in the car. The Dealer had to fumigate the car for 2 days more. Not happy with the lack of service here. Poor Quality control for service department. 👎 More
