The entire dealership is tired, old, dirty, and out of date. The staff is great and doing the best with what they have. The facility is crowded and too small for the amount of customer traffic. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Totally ridiculous. Facility needs a dedicated oil change and quick service area. Bought my car from Brandon Hyundai, will likely go to another dealer for my next one. The whole facility cramped with cars in the streets parked ever which a way. More

Harold in Service always provides the best service.
