I recently purchased a 2020 Kona Unlimited, and the only person that saved this experience from being an ultimate nightmare for me was Mo Duhayat. Although he was not my original salesperson, I wished he h person that saved this experience from being an ultimate nightmare for me was Mo Duhayat. Although he was not my original salesperson, I wished he had been as he was the one who actually helped and turned the experience around from negative to positive. Kudos to Mo for his excellent customer service skills and for actually taking time with customers! Mo went above and beyond even though I wasn’t his customer, and I made it known that he was the only person that deserved any sort of commission off my purchase since I had been ready to walk out after sheer frustration with my total experience prior to him stepping in. If you are thinking of buying a car from Brandon Hyundai, definitely ask for Mo! Many could learn from his client service skills, and he needs to be both recognized and commended for his knowledge and understanding on how to make clients happy while actually selling vehicles. When Hyundai of New Port Richey couldn't get the job done after leading me on for over 1 week, I decided to take my business to Brandon Hyundai. I was greeted immediately by Jason, who was so kind and actual after leading me on for over 1 week, I decided to take my business to Brandon Hyundai. I was greeted immediately by Jason, who was so kind and actually took the time to listen to me and all of my issues with Hyundai of NPR. I had been eyeballing a 2020 Hyundai Glowing Yellow Sonata SEL Plus and knew I had to have it. Long story short, within 3 hours, I had my Sonata and a payment that was lower than the vehicle I was driving. (2018 Hyundai Tucson Sport) They didn't force me into buying something I didn't want or give me an astronomical payment that I could NEVER afford. They didn't make promises and completely break a bond that was secure for numerous years at Hyundai of NPR. It saddened me that within 2 years, myself,my family, and along with friends, purchased a total of 8 cars from Hyundai of NPR. They didn't keep their word and it's their fault that I had to take my business elsewhere. Obviously, they care more about quantity, not quality. They have no values, or loyalty.
