Our experience was just okay because of several things. 1. Deal was presented in the open show room not an office. 2. To review details of the car we were taken to the service area waiting room w things. 1. Deal was presented in the open show room not an office. 2. To review details of the car we were taken to the service area waiting room with a small desk and computer in the corner discussing items of the deal in this public area.. 3.Finance person went over contact too fast in explaining the credit, warranty program and the final sales. We love Hyundai and were set on trading our old Hyundai. Jerod the Sales Mgr. , Andrew and Nassar were outstanding in taking care of us. However having been in sales for over 50 years I probably am more critical that other people. I didn't see the names of Jerod, Nassar and Andrew so I would rate them 5 stars. More
