I went to buy out my lease. When I first got the lease it was a brand new 2018 Sonata sport. I did not go over my mileage and turned it back in with 32,000 miles and when they figured out my numbers to buy i was a brand new 2018 Sonata sport. What makes no sense is brand new it was a total of $24,000 and now after 31,000 miles on it and being two years old it’s $29,000? Even a brand new 2020 sonata sport isn’t $29,000. Yeah I totally got screwed on a lease. Buying new is good and the service here is amazing but DO NOT get a lease. You will get screwed. Unless you are 95 year old grandma who drives to publix 2 days per week, there is no other reason to get a lease. I believe I saw that the car’s worth after the lease was almost $17,000. So why am I financing $29,000? Dealer fees are not that high. Again, it’s my own fault. Got screwed. Lastly, when I bought the car, the car was in service the whole time for an oil change yet I got charged $1000 for the vehicle delivery fee which is a fee to clean up the car and get it ready for you. The car never left service and they didn’t even look at it once so why would I pay that fee? You didn’t do anything at all to get it ready? But anything other than a lease, this place is good. More
