I am very dissatisfied that my brand new Palisade had non working heated seats and after taking it in, I'm being told they work fine. I thermal image was taken and said the seats are producing enough heat even though everyone that sits in the front seats comment how the heated seats don't work and how hot the back seats get. It seems that the dealership is not wanting to actually sit in the chair itself and see or put in the work to actually keep me a satisfied customer. It's pretty simple, if you sit in the seat, it does not get hot. My other new G70 I bought at the same time, my seats are smokin hot when I put on the heated seats. My old car Mercedes Gl450 I traded in, the seats where really hot. My wife's Enclave we traded in, the seats were really hot. But for some reason, the dealership wants to tell me that my Palisade seats are hot when they aren't even close. Thumbs down for the effort. The seats clearly don't work. More
