First visit to Brandon Hyundai Staff were very friendly and explained all their recommendations. The only "complaint" is that the wait time for servicing was quite a bit longer at Brandon than other dealerships. Regardless, I will still continue to use Brandon Hyundai! More

Yet I found all 4 at the same time with Brando Honest, diligent, urgent, professional. All 4 words are so hard to find in a dealership or mechanic. Yet I found all 4 at the same time with Brandon Hyundai. From start to finish they were incredible. And my situation was not easy to deal with. Faten was so understanding and such a great communicator, I was stunned that a dealership could be run so well. Management down to the front line - everyone obviously is a part of a fantastic organization and all other auto mechanics or dealers should take note. More

Lack of concern for customer My wife and I waited for over an hour just to get the vehicle checked in. It wasn't until I went in to the office and complained that anyone paid att My wife and I waited for over an hour just to get the vehicle checked in. It wasn't until I went in to the office and complained that anyone paid attention. Then It still took them another 20s min. to get the car checked in. When the car was serviced, I was called at home to let me know the car needed a brake job. My wife was sitting in there waiting room but apparently one person doesn't take to the other so they called me at home. Here we have a new car with around four thousand miles on it and my wife is told there would be a charge. I had already made sure everything was under warranty. Again the right hand isn't talking to the left or someone is trying to cheat a lady waiting in the service dept. The entire experience makes me wonder if the work done in service is as bad as the people talking with the customer?? More
It’s not just them but any person who repairs cars really needs to stop trying to pull one over on females! They tried to tell me I needed a whole new hub when all I needed was the sensor replaced! Saved mys needs to stop trying to pull one over on females! They tried to tell me I needed a whole new hub when all I needed was the sensor replaced! Saved myself over 400 dollars and they did not even offer the sensor as a fix until I told them I was going to take it somewhere else because I knew I didn’t need the whole hub replaced! I will not be bringing my car back there. Harold was nice over the phone and I know he wasn’t the one who said what needed to be fixed he was just the messenger but I just wish they would stop assuming they could over charge someone (usually females) for something we didn’t need! More
