I had one person start the check in, walk away, then another person fin I'm not sure why only one certain person can check you in at the service area. Above and Beyond We had a problem where the passenger door locked and couldn't be opened. They worked us into their schedule ASAP and Mario had to get creative and do We had a problem where the passenger door locked and couldn't be opened. They worked us into their schedule ASAP and Mario had to get creative and do a lot of extra work to remove the car panel and repair the broken mechanism. The care was still ready in record time even with the extra work involved and they didn't charge a penny more than quoted. Exceptional service and would highly recommend! More
