Not much to say spoke to the service member who first took car. Can not rate anyone because no one spoke sales or service . Poor service waited 90 minutes for oil change with appointment. First time visit was a little unsure. Use to a bigger dealer ship . Spoke to a customer that is a regular and ask him how he liked it and had nice words that made me feel better . Awful Experince I was told I could come in at 8:40 for a quick check engine light diagnosis and Harold would call me an hour or 2 later with an update. 3 hours went b I was told I could come in at 8:40 for a quick check engine light diagnosis and Harold would call me an hour or 2 later with an update. 3 hours went by and I heard nothing. Called and spoke with John(nice experience) he said he would pass along to Harold that I was still waiting on my update. Another hour or so goes by and I still haven't heard anything. I called again and spoke with someone else who said they would tell Harold to call me. Another 30-45 go by, Harold still hasn't called and the lady I spoke with the 3rd call could tell how pissed I was with his customer service and physically went and got him. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was great. I can't for the life of me understand how 6 hours went by and Harold did not contact me with an update once. More
