I never usually have good luck with service visit nor the advisors that are assigned to me. I just purchased my Sonata in Feb. and this was my first oil change. My advisor was wonderful and gave me all the information I needed without hassle. I really appreciated that she walked me to my car to go over what needs it may have. Although I was a walk-in, I didn't wait long at all and was given an honest estimate of my wait time. They even went ahead and took care of my recalls without me having to ask or trying to put if off like other dealerships. I owned a Chrysler before and loved my car but HATED their service dept. I feel I have found the service experience I have been wanting for soo long. Will definitely recommend the service dept. at Brandon Hyundai to others! More

Had to take it in twice 1) I called several weeks ago and was told someone from the service department would call me back to schedule the appoint. No one did. 2) I called 1) I called several weeks ago and was told someone from the service department would call me back to schedule the appoint. No one did. 2) I called back and was able to schedule an appointment. Picked it up the next day. Was told parts were bent and it was fixed and good to go. 2 hours after coming home, horn went off again. 3) Called back and was told to bring it back in. This time they found the exposed wiring causing the issue and it was fixed. Picked it up a couple days ago and no issues. Just wish we did not have to make the second trip and waste gas on two vehicles since we had to drop it off. More
