I bought my car 1/2/2020 Also S/O to the finance dept. I had issues with my prior car Lender and the finance dept worked tirelessly on helping me remedy the situation. Trading/Leasing a New Vehicle I went into the dealer for information. I needed to know how soon I would be contacted before my lease was up in November. I was told it wasn't too e I went into the dealer for information. I needed to know how soon I would be contacted before my lease was up in November. I was told it wasn't too early to change. I was helped by Jason Almeida who was most helpful in obtaining information for me. I decided to go ahead with the new lease. The only negative I found was in the completing transaction. Why, why does it take a long time to complete the paperwork (finance end). The appointment was made to pick up my car @11:00. The car was ready, but I sat and sat and sat before I was called into finance and then I sat some more. Really, if I had an appointment, the paperwork should have been ready for me to sign. That is the only "negative" I could give to Brandon Hyundai. This isn't my 1st Hyundai either. It happens to be my 4th Hyundai car. I've never had a problem with servicing my cars either. So if there is one thing you might want to improve is the paperwork transaction. More
