I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and stated I wanted synthetic oil and once my car was complete, find out they did not use synthetic oil. I only ever use synthetic on my car and take very religio wanted synthetic oil and once my car was complete, find out they did not use synthetic oil. I was also not notified of what the service center decided to use instead of my request, I saw only once I was paying and handed my receipt. I am very disappointed and this is not the first time. I doubt I’ll continue coming to Hyundai for service after the amount of issues we’ve had. More
