Thanks to Michael Villa and the rest of the service team, our process was smooth and the outcome was great. I had heard so many stories of headaches for warranty issues and although the process ended up taki our process was smooth and the outcome was great. I would never buy a Hyundai again. Service department was ok but they showed no empathy in helping me at all when they told me I needed all this other work done at the last possible moment. They never mentio ok but they showed no empathy in helping me at all when they told me I needed all this other work done at the last possible moment. They never mentioned this at my last oil change or prior to the work being done after my engine blew out. More
