Almost our entire experience was horrible. Starting with scheduling our appointment before the store opened, the employee never showed up and the first employee to arrive Ignored us, In fact walked away fro scheduling our appointment before the store opened, the employee never showed up and the first employee to arrive Ignored us, In fact walked away from us then approached a person that arrived after we did. We Had to do all the paper work for both vehicles twice. The vehicle we were suppose to get by dealer swap “palisade” the other dealer decided not to let go because his wife was driving it. I was sent home with the wrong car after putting my license plate on It, which is illegal to drive like that. The vin number was never verified. Window tint was suppose to be put in the palisade which was done in two visits because they forgot to tent the brow while my wife waited hours on site with our two year old son. More

Overall I think the service center was able to fix my car properly and work with warranty to cover much of the cost.
