I hardly ever write reviews but this experience was so bad I needed to. I was solicited by the sales dept after having my car in the service dept that they’d buy my car for over market value since it was bad I needed to. I was solicited by the sales dept after having my car in the service dept that they’d buy my car for over market value since it was in great condition. I made an appointment but when I got there there was no appointment and was told the person no longer worked there. I had a bad feeling the minute I walked in. I had already researched the value of my car and had just added 2 new tires and brake pads To top it off. After taking my keys to evaluate my car the guy came back without my key. I know this trick they hold your key so you can’t leave. When I asked I was told it’s over at the other desks after insisting on having my key it was returned. Then he shows me a print of the supposed KBB value which was 2.5x less than it was so this was either fully fabricated or they listed it in very poor condition which it was not at all. I immediately walked out. I traded the car at the Mazda dealership and got the exact value I had researched which was 3k more than what Hyundai was fabricating. I would never recommend this dealer to buy sell or trade. I do recommend their service dept as I had good experiences there but absolutely one of the worst in sales. More
