Went in because my trunk stopped opening first with the fob days later it wouldn’t open with the key. After asking I was told it was a common problem with the trunk latch. However, there was no recalls so fob days later it wouldn’t open with the key. After asking I was told it was a common problem with the trunk latch. However, there was no recalls so it would cost me $155 to diagnose why the trunk wouldn’t open and that would go towards my repair. After asking what my Platinum warranty would cover I was told I was over by 220 miles even though I would continue paying for it. My break lights have had issues and needed to be replaced. There was a warranty on the wiring but I would need to pay the trunk cost to get that issue fixed. Customers should be better accommodated for common issues! Overall Mike was fine when it came to telling me what was wrong after my full point inspection. More

Bought my Palisade from here. Not only did I get an incredible deal on the vehicle. I won't say what deal I got but I can say it does pay to do your research first and know what to ask for. A very exasperating experience When you take your car in for service and get it back, making a knocking noise that wasn't there before, and then wait a week for them to tell you it' When you take your car in for service and get it back, making a knocking noise that wasn't there before, and then wait a week for them to tell you it's the alternator, then tell you that the noise was coming from the Belt Tensioner the following week is unacceptable. Then, two weeks after the car went in to the shop, go to pick it up, only to find out now that the A/C has stopped working leads one to wonder about the level of service or the lack thereof. Add to all of it the complete lack of communication from the service department on what is going on is totally unacceptable. Thankfully, we had purchased the extended warranty at the time we purchased it new or the repairs will likely end up being more than the car is worth by the time they get through with it. At least they did provide a rental so we wouldn't be left without transportation. More

I bought my car in April.. Iv gone to Hyundai for all I bought my car in April.. Iv gone to Hyundai for all repairs and or oil changes since..
