Very Disappointing I brought my 2012 Veracruz in for an oil change, as well as, investigating a "knocking noise" which occurred every time I made a right or left hand tu I brought my 2012 Veracruz in for an oil change, as well as, investigating a "knocking noise" which occurred every time I made a right or left hand turn from a full stop. I was told they located the problem and parts had to be ordered. The parts were due on Monday, however, they did not arrive. I was told they would be in on Wednesday and my vehicle would be ready for pick-up on Thursday. I arrived for pick up on Friday. On the way home I heard the same "knocking noise" and called Brandon Hyundai as soon as I returned home. I was told the fix was recommended by Hyundai on not all but some Veracruz models. I asked why I had to pay $100.00 for a fix that was recognized by Hyundai as required. The answer was that my Veracruz was on extended warranty and therefore I had to pay a deductible. Which makes no sense at all. I will call Bobby on Monday, 2/10/2020 to reschedule and I would like a loaner, as I was without my vehicle for over ten days on this visit. So let us recap: 1. Brought my Veracruz in for an oil change and to address a "knocking noise". 2. Completed oil change 3. Fixed a problem I never knew I had, which I was never informed. 4. Paid a deductible of $100.00 for the problem I never knew I had. 5. The "knocking noise" still remains 6. I have to reschedule a 2nd visit for the "knocking noise" 7. I will need a loaner for the 2nd visit 8. I hope I do not have to pay a 2nd deductible 9. You guessed it, I am not a happy patron. More
