As I was driving up I received a text message, not even a phone call, that they sold the Jeep to someone else 40 minutes after speaking with Kaylin that all paperwork and Jeep were waiting for me and no worries to drive safe. Sean then called me and said that’s just the way it is even though they ran my credit had financing in line and all paperwork ready as I was told by sales manager Kaylin. When I called to speak with general manager Josh kawcak he could care less. Barely said 2 words. They will lie and sell to highest bidder even if a deal and contract is in place. More

My car still isn’t fixed I came in for a scheduled oil change, air bag recall, and to fix the back window screen on my 2020 Pallisade. An oil change guy assumed to pretend I came in for a scheduled oil change, air bag recall, and to fix the back window screen on my 2020 Pallisade. An oil change guy assumed to pretend to be an advisor and “help” me. He scheduled me to come back to complete the service two days later. I waited in Hyundai’s service pull up while they ran around my car helping other customers come and go. Turns out the parts were not in and the oil tech had no business pretending he was authorized to handle my car. I left a message with a supervisor to have the services completed. He still has not called back. It’s been a week. More
