EXCELLENT SERVICE I took my car in for a repair without an appointment. I got there before before they opened. As soon as they opened the Service Advisor, Harold De L I took my car in for a repair without an appointment. I got there before before they opened. As soon as they opened the Service Advisor, Harold De La Cruz introduced himself and listened to my concerns. He immediately took down the in formation and asked me if I was leaving the car or would I like to wait for it. I told him I will have to wait because this is our only vehicle. Harold informed me that the mechanics start work at 8:00 and he would get the car in right away. I went to the lounge and waited. At 8:50 my car repair was complete. Harold offered to pull my car up for me. I told him That's Okay I can get it because it was close by. Harold still took the time to walk me to the car. He was extremely polite and professional. THANK YOU for an AWESOME experience. More

Dangerous I was advised TWICE that my car needed no additional repairs, when it actually needed urgent front breaks service.
