In comparison to my husband's experience with Stingray Chevrolet and past Hyundai dealers I purchased from in Ohio, the customer experience was poor. The process took hours and after signing the documents I was shocked that we had to wait over 45 minutes to have the new car I had purchased hours prior, to be pulled around. It did not even, nor still does, have license plate bolts on it. Waiting outside for 45 minutes in the sun to transfer items from my trade did not resonate customer experience. More
