Matt was easy to deal with and we made a good deal on the Tucson. However, dealing with the paperwork/financing with Hassan was a nightmare. Totally unprepared for the signings, received a check that I told Tucson. However, dealing with the paperwork/financing with Hassan was a nightmare. Totally unprepared for the signings, received a check that I told him to hold for the next day for the transfer to take place & he ignored my request & cashed the check causing a $40 return check charge. Additionally the car was not prepped by the service department since the NAV was outdated & the manager claimed they didn't do NAV updates...another $25. More
