I really needed transportation and help getting it. When I called back Lacole answered and said Zack was on sick leave but the same offer's would still stand. Well needless to say I called back after five Miss Lacole had left for the evening and was asked to come by anyway I was approved even though my credit score was not that grate . The four people who helped me I don't remember there names but they were as nice as Zack I was crying so 😭 much didn't remember there names thank you I received a tank full of gas and a gift card for Amazon 😊 I don't know what else to say no more Uber/cab ,Y'all made an old lady happy and grateful you didn't have to help but you were fighting for me I will never forget your kindness.! Very poor I arrived at appointment time early ay 9:20 and was told my oil change would take one hour maybe one and a half hour. At 2 hours I went and asked and I arrived at appointment time early ay 9:20 and was told my oil change would take one hour maybe one and a half hour. At 2 hours I went and asked and come to find out my car had not even been taken back yet. I asked the technician what was he doing and he said it would only take 15 minutes. So now I am at 2 1/2 hours. They are trying to tell me they were backed up fewer technicians that day instead of just being honest and they messed up. Good thing was they did not charge me though. I have been coming there for eight years with 3 different cars. More
