Would have to go there again and see how it is then. I got charged for a free oil change which they had to take off the bill. Also was told by two service techs that the key blank without the chip would I got charged for a free oil change which they had to take off the bill. Also was told by two service techs that the key blank without the chip would be $39.95 but, they charged me $75. Which they ended up taking off the $35 off the bill . Also I ordered an antenna and they charge me labor to put that on before the antenna was ever delivered. I ended up installing the antenna myself as it just screwed into the base. I ended up getting credit for the labor on the antenna installation. I am glad I looked at the invoice. The only positive thing I will say is that they had no issues in giving me credit back for all these overcharges. More

I would only suggest that some additional information is provided to new lease owners before getting to finance. There were additional payments that were added from the original qouted information which led to additional wait time with finance to get to a reasonable payment amount which still ended up being much higher than the initial qoute. Other than that hiccup I did enjoy the experience and Nicole finding snacks for me being I'm pregnant and baby needed something after the standard long waits in dealerships. More
