Customer Sevice with a Smile! What a difference since the last time I was in for service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Shane checked me in, made sure I listed all of my concerns. He handed me over to a driver to take me home. The drivers, both Rocky and Anthony were very personable, especially Anthony. He needs to be in a more customer facing position. Shane would also be great in sales. He kept me informed all along the process. Then when my car was finished and ready for pickup, Seth went over everything that was done on my car and then he went and got the car and pulled it up for me instead of just pointing and saying there's your car, go get it.
