Down hill. I've been going here for 10 years and this was the worst experience so far. Called in June for service and the first appointment available was Sept 5t I've been going here for 10 years and this was the worst experience so far. Called in June for service and the first appointment available was Sept 5th! I only recognized one Advisor, and the service was very slow. Looks like major changes going on, but not very efficient. This place is a disaster. I would not take my grandson''s two wheeler for these guys to fix. From an administrative side my paperwork was lost twice,my key was lost and they I would not take my grandson''s two wheeler for these guys to fix. From an administrative side my paperwork was lost twice,my key was lost and they lost my contact information for over two months. Return phone calls were promised but never made when promised. From a service side the engine was to be replaced due to a recall. When I went to pick up the car, the a/c now was not working. Compressor had to be replaced. There are no words to adaquately express the lack of professionalism of the staff. More

Good experience considering the obstacles with my trade It was a good experience and the saff was very knowledgeable of the different features and components of the car. I would only suggest that some additional information is provided to new lease owners before getting to finance. There were additional payments that were added from the original qouted information which led to additional wait time with finance to get to a reasonable payment amount which still ended up being much higher than the initial qoute. Other than that hiccup I did enjoy the experience and Nicole finding snacks for me being I'm pregnant and baby needed something after the standard long waits in dealerships. More
