Amazing Customer Service We had to bring our 2019 Kona in to get the back windows tinted as part of our purchase and to have the dealership fix two deep scratches we found on We had to bring our 2019 Kona in to get the back windows tinted as part of our purchase and to have the dealership fix two deep scratches we found on the inside back tailgate. Once again as we pulled up to service and before we’re out of our car we were greeted by a friendly young man who took down some information about our car and our names. As we stood to get out of the car out came Heather to greet us like we were relatives. We explained I had an appointment to see Seth Thomas, she showed us to his desk. Seth a polite and respectful young man who listened well and was fast doing the paperwork to get our car in for service. He told us to go ahead up to the waiting area, which was spacious and well supplied with coffee, water and drinks and snacks to munch if you were hungry. We knew before hand we would be waiting about an hour and a half for the windows to be tinted, that was explained to us by the friendly telephone customer service rep we talked with two days before our appointment. Seth came to explain to us that the scratches couldn’t be fixed and that the dealership was going to replace the whole back door panel under the Hyundai warranty program. The windows were finished a little early then expected and look fabulous. We are so PLEASED WE PURCHASED AND HAVE OUR CAR BEING TAKEN CARE Of by the FRIENDLY service department of Brandon Hyundai. Suppose to do an oil change I had an appointment for 10:30am and was suppose to have an oil change done. Advisor told me it was going to be 1 to 1.5hrs (which is already very lon I had an appointment for 10:30am and was suppose to have an oil change done. Advisor told me it was going to be 1 to 1.5hrs (which is already very long for an oil change but ok). I informed him that I had to leave no matter what in 1.5 hrs. Over 1.5 hours later and they haven’t even began service on my car. I was there for 2 hrs and didn’t even get my service performed. To add to my frustration, the cars that were behind me in line we’re in bays before mine even got touched. Never ever will I use Brandon Hyundai for my car’s service or ever buy anything there again. Literally wasted hours of my time for nothing, not to mention the tolls and long drive (I came from Lutz as a loyal customer). Next time I’m going somewhere closer that actually respects me and has good service. More

And I keep getting the runaround they’re telling me that it supposed to work this certain way when I know better because how it worked in the beginning was the correct way and then it just quit less than a month after I got the vehicle now I have to plug my phone in to make it work with my phone which I didn’t have to in the beginning and I’m very disappointed More
