Once again as we pulled up to service and before we’re out of our car we were greeted by a friendly young man who took down some information about our car and our names. As we stood to get out of the car out came Heather to greet us like we were relatives. We explained I had an appointment to see Seth Thomas, she showed us to his desk. Seth a polite and respectful young man who listened well and was fast doing the paperwork to get our car in for service. He told us to go ahead up to the waiting area, which was spacious and well supplied with coffee, water and drinks and snacks to munch if you were hungry. We knew before hand we would be waiting about an hour and a half for the windows to be tinted, that was explained to us by the friendly telephone customer service rep we talked with two days before our appointment. Seth came to explain to us that the scratches couldn’t be fixed and that the dealership was going to replace the whole back door panel under the Hyundai warranty program. The windows were finished a little early then expected and look fabulous. We are so PLEASED WE PURCHASED AND HAVE OUR CAR BEING TAKEN CARE Of by the FRIENDLY service department of Brandon Hyundai. Not Satisfied Had appointment for 1100 am. The car ended up staying over night due to amount of things needed tochave done. I call three times the next day trying Had appointment for 1100 am. The car ended up staying over night due to amount of things needed tochave done. I call three times the next day trying to get a status of my car. Service advisor never called when she said she would. Eventually, I went to pick up the car without being called. Oil change appeared to be done with basic oil ($1.10 x qt.) rather than semi-synthetic as requested. I was charged $103 just for an inspection of the front end due to a concern of a rattling noise. First I was told the noise was coming from an aftermarket windshield that was improperly installed and was making contact with the frame. After I complained that that was not a valid reason, then there was supposed a second inspe. This time I was told that the noise was due to bent front wheels (really??!?). This was after I showed up at the dealer to pick up the vehicle. My observations: 1. Service advisors (at least mine) appeared to have a heavy work load a d unfortunately does not know how to prioritize. Chose to keep wirking with paperwork rather than returning my calls or getting timely updates on the status of the vehicle. 2. Whoever technician inspected my vehicle does not appear too competent in all aspects if the front end of the vehicle. And I dint believe I was charged $103 for an evaluation/inspection. 3. I made an appointment on line and included all that I wanted done in the vehicle. A day later I get a phone call asking me if I wanted an appointment like I asked in the email. Well of course. Then I am asked what is the appointment for; well, for everything that I wrote in the on-line appointment. Then I get to the dealer and I have to tell them again why am I there and what do I need done in the car. Is that what we call customer service??? More

Place for Noyle change I have a problem with the people working in the oil change area my problem is that my radio has not worked properly since about a month after I got th I have a problem with the people working in the oil change area my problem is that my radio has not worked properly since about a month after I got the vehicle brand new. And I keep getting the runaround they’re telling me that it supposed to work this certain way when I know better because how it worked in the beginning was the correct way and then it just quit less than a month after I got the vehicle now I have to plug my phone in to make it work with my phone which I didn’t have to in the beginning and I’m very disappointed More

Very efficient and to the point, answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner, never said no and got Management involved rather than give a false promise. He was outstanding. The trade in value on our trade in vehicle was more than fair. Caleb and the trade in value are what made the sale for us. Beyond that I would not reccommend. 1) Never received a callback from Management regarding the vehicle. We had to reach out first. 2) Received the car with 110 miles on it, much higher than I have ever seen on any previous new purchase. 3) Received the car with chipped paint on the front which necessitated another trip back for a fix. 4) Never received a promised call back to return the vehicle to receive a protective paint coat which was purchased at closing. Had to reach out to Caleb in order to get it done. Bottom Line is the car is good, the fixes were good, trade in deal was very good and Caleb is excellent but as a customer I felt I had to do too much running around and make too many calls which a simple follow up call from Management would have taken care of. Not sure how confident I am I will even see the permanent licence plate in time. Time will tell. Therefore I would be reluctant to reccomend Brandon Hyundai to anyone else or do any future business with. More
