Worst car buying experience yet The day we purchased the vehicle we were at the dealership with our kids just over 6hrs! The manager for that day Daniel promised the world got us the The day we purchased the vehicle we were at the dealership with our kids just over 6hrs! The manager for that day Daniel promised the world got us the payment we needed to be at so we signed. A week later I get a phone call that the banks will not approve the loan at the agreed upon terms. In order to keep the car we had to shorten the loan term and agree to a higher payment when we made it clear from the beginning where we had to be! Also I could not take the car home that day it was not ready. I was told to come the next day. SURPRISE the car was NOT ready I had to wait another day to get it all to pick up a car that was detailed so fast it did not look like a professional cleaned it. We then had to bring it back for a re-detail which took a little over 2hrs! I was told I would get a rental car so I did not have to wait with my 2yr old and that did not happen. Daniel the Sales Manager seen us in the finance office when we had to come back to fix this mess he avoided us at all cost, not even an apology!!! Jason was our sales agent he did a good job dealing with us I would recommend working with him however I DO NOT recommend this dealership. I DO NOT like SHADY business to make a sale your messing with peoples finances, not ok! More

100 times better than previous service experience On this service I really feel like I got the kind of service experience that you should give every customer. I spoke with both Mario and Seth. Both On this service I really feel like I got the kind of service experience that you should give every customer. I spoke with both Mario and Seth. Both of them were very pleasant to work with. Seth got my car checked in and I waited for a ride home. I have to tell you that you have a great employee in the driver that took me home and picked me up, His name is Roc. I felt very comfortable and safe in the car with him. As you know most drivers would rather drive than ride especially in a car with someone you do not know. Roc was prefect! I was at ease with him. He is a great ambassador for Brandon Hyundai. Seth called me when my car was done and sent Roc to pick me up. When I got back to the dealership my car was fixed just like it was supposed to be. Seth walked me to my car and asked if I had 5 star service today. I got him to check my hood and told him YES you nailed it today! I am glad I had a better experience. I am more confident that Brandon Hyundai is really trying to be a Top Notch car dealership. Thanks! More
