Service department I went in for them to fix my control for radio on steering wheel, was told they gotta order it and it should be in the following week. About a month l I went in for them to fix my control for radio on steering wheel, was told they gotta order it and it should be in the following week. About a month later I had to call them to see if my part was in and apparently it has been in and the person that ordered it quit or got fired and apparently nobody took over his customers. The service lady was real nice. But the service department has a lot to learn. Plus when I bought my car there in 2016 the salesman gave me a couple of books of coupons along with many free oil changes, well apparently I was told another person bought the dealership and the coupons were no good. I was thinking of trading in for a newer model but I DEFINETLY will not at this facility. A dissatisfied customer!!!! More

Horribly Terrible I dropped my car off at 0820 in the morning. My car was not ready for pick up until 1700 on the dot. I brought my car in to fix the back left corner p I dropped my car off at 0820 in the morning. My car was not ready for pick up until 1700 on the dot. I brought my car in to fix the back left corner part of my roof material that was separating from the sunroof. My car should not have taken that long to get finished. When I picked my car up the seat was dirty and my ceiling was very dirty. There was a lot of smudges all over the inside of my windshield. My driver side seatbelt hardly came out and I had to go inside before they locked the doors to get someone to go and fix my seatbelt. I waited a long time for my car then waited for them to clean the ceiling then waited again for my car to get taken apart for my seatbelt to work. Very unhappy with my visit. More

Fair deal but detailing is lacking I had an idea of what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay and they were pretty much there. I was the last delivery on a Saturday night and my c I had an idea of what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay and they were pretty much there. I was the last delivery on a Saturday night and my car was detailed in twilight/darkness and was not that great. I had to wipe off the rear view mirror to actually see out the back once the Film was removed with my cleaning. Just an example of sub-par detailing. Otherwise I'm happy with my deal. More

Terrible I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait for two hours and they somehow still managed to make me wait two hours. The only reason I got my car back was because I asked the man about it, he said he was just coming to get me, told me to sit down again. He then called other people and later on when it was convenient for him THEN he called me. Didn’t apologize, tried to charge me for my free oil change. Terrible service. Never going back. More
