Best Dealer Ever My car was deemed a total loss after we were rear ended. I spent a week searching for a car and got the run around by many dealers . I have less than perfect credit so it was a challenge. I saw a car on line from true car and inquired about it, but didn’t have much hope of anything. Mark from Brandon Hyundai reached out and I explained the situation and he asked me to come in and test drive the car. I really thought I was just going to waste my time again bc after all, my credit wasn’t great and it was Sunday. I arrived at the dealership and Tiffany Chavez came over to help. The car I inquired about was just sold so I was like oh well, it is what it is. But Tiffany assured me that I can find something. I explained my situation and she listened intently and assured me that she can help me. Now, I still had little faith bc I’ve heard this all before. She decided to run my credit first and see where we were and what I could do as far of payment. She came back with three car choices. I choose a Mitsubishi Mirage. She ran back and worked magic.... I still had little faith...she came back and low and behold.... I was approved. Not only was she dealing with me, she had two other clients at the same time but we all got her undivided attention when she was with us. She left no question unanswered. She’s absolutely amazing. If every dealership had a Tiffany, there would be many more happy customers. She was true to her word and tirelessly worked on getting me into a car..... no money down and less that great credit. I was shocked !! I’d definitely do business again with Brandon Hyundai and definitely with Tiffany!! More

Got what I wanted at a price I expected. Overall it was a good experience. The sales process was pretty painless with no real negative energy. However, twilight/ nighttime delivery needs work Overall it was a good experience. The sales process was pretty painless with no real negative energy. Streaked, dirty windows and mirrors, dirty door sills etc. Out of three Hyundai products purchased there in the last 12 years, this was the least properly detailed by far But overall worth dealing with this dealership. Misleading info. Still no 2nd key and poor follow up I made a couple of lease/purchase from this dealership over the last 7 years with family members including last year. I was expecting a good experien I made a couple of lease/purchase from this dealership over the last 7 years with family members including last year. I was expecting a good experience but it went out the window with financing who wanted to play games with my credit score and told me I was denied credit by a couple of bank...although I have excellent credit scores. There is unwillingness to accept my USAA buy certificate as well It seemed there was intent to recoup $1300 for a package I declined because there was no need for it. Also there is the issue with the 2nd key for the car being checked out by someone else that purchse day but was not delivered to me when requested there is still no response. More
