Sierra was our sales rep and she did an AMAZING job. After dealing with atleast 10 other salespeople at different dealerships she was the only one who was honest and open with us. She was kind and never pushy. She skipped all of the games and didn't try waste our time. She provided exceptional service from start to finish. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIERRA! We love our new car! More
Great service guy - terrible loaner I have been going to brandon Hyundai since 2000. 4 vehicles purchased and the 2019 SantaFe that was given to me as a loaner was DISGUSTING. The seats I have been going to brandon Hyundai since 2000. 4 vehicles purchased and the 2019 SantaFe that was given to me as a loaner was DISGUSTING. The seats were stained and the smell was terrible. I would be embarrassed to lend that vehicle to anyone. I also asked who can I complain to and I was advised to write it here. More
Terrible I called to see about making an appt for my vehicle and was told they were already behind and it was only 9am. The woman on the phone told me she couldn’t guarantee they would even look at my car that day and so I didn’t need to make an appt. When I arrived I was informed that I would have a significant wait because I didn’t have an appt. I let them know I’d called earlier in the day and was told I didn’t need an appt. I didn’t receive an itemized and written explanation of what was needed on my vehicle. I was emailed a copy of parts numbers with hand written totals on them. The entire experience was unprofessional and I will never go back. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know. More
Helpful, cheerful service staff Seth Thomas was very helpful with getting my car diagnosed and repaired. He was friendly and a good listener to what i wanted to accomplish. He got me set up with a loaner car while waiting on the the part to arrive. He kept me posted along the way of what was happening. He notified me with my repair options, and was genuinely nice to deal with. The part was still a little loose after installation so the check engine light came back on and i had to bring car back the very next day ( not ideal) but it was Overall a good experience. Seth was great and i will definitely ask for him next time. Heather and Kaden were also very kind and helpful when i had to come back the next day (because Seth was off work). One side note suggestion. The hold music is very irritating... My suggestion is that you replace it with advertisements, upcoming sales or radio music... anything else. Dealing with the Inconvenience of car repairs is frustrating enough, you're not doing yourself any favors by compounding that with irritating hold music. Just my opinion. More

So glad I brought my car here Ken and the service team were great! After 2 months of in and out different shops and nearly $1000 in "repairs" I finally decided to just bring it to Ken and the service team were great! After 2 months of in and out different shops and nearly $1000 in "repairs" I finally decided to just bring it to the dealer and they got it right. Not only were they able to figure out the issue right away but they fixed it at a reasonable price. More
