When I asked what it would cost to install it, I was put on hold for 25 minutes when I finally hung up and no one called me back. If I had not paid for the part previously, I would not have come in. We bought our 2 Genesis' from the Brandon store because of convenience of location for service, etc.. We recently called for service on the other Genesis we own and was told to call Courtesy as there was nothing available until late September. That's really awful and unacceptable. More

I heard a loud snack and felt a large bump and after looking in my rearview mirror, I saw a bumper. Luckily it wasn't my bumper. The road hazard did mess up the wheel assembly on the driver side. The plastic part began to hang and scraped against my tire. I immediately took it into the dealership. Due to the scraping, the service department heard me coming in. We both laughed and he said they would take care of it. Upon inspection, they said I was also due for a 60k maintenance to maintain my warranty. After a short discussion over price, and a discount, the service member said they would get me a quote on the assembly but at the minimum would remove it, because that was definitely possible. I receive a quote that doesn't fit my budget. And maybe it's my fault for not double checking, but they didn't address the issue I drove my vehicle in there for. They managed to rotate my tires and change my oil, but not remove the part hanging and rubbing against my tire. The last time I came to this dealership, they left my keys in my car, unlocked in the parking lot. I waited thirty minutes for them to find my lost keys, which were sitting on the front seat. Every area of service seems to do a half job, except the upsales for maintenance. It makes me feel taken advantage of and like their shoddy work is unreliable. I will NEVER be back. More

Exceptional customer service Seth must have majored in customer service because he kept me, along with a majority of the others in the waiting area, updated throughout the process Seth must have majored in customer service because he kept me, along with a majority of the others in the waiting area, updated throughout the process of getting work done on my car. This was my fifth time coming to this dealership about the same issue. Instead of having me repeat myself regarding the same issue, he read through the notes and recapped with me to make sure that he understood what was going on with my car. More
