Could’ve been better I arrived at my appointed time. I didn’t have to wait long to see an advisor, so that was good. My tire pressure was off prior to the appointment, so I arrived at my appointed time. I didn’t have to wait long to see an advisor, so that was good. My tire pressure was off prior to the appointment, so I requested that it be checked and leveled. Also, my light had come on that the washer fluid was out, so that too I requested be topped off. The entire appointment didn't take long, which again I was glad for. However, I would’ve waited the extra time to have had my additional requests fulfilled. Not only was neither completed, but the advisor told me that they WERE. It wasn’t until I drove away that both lights came on again. I WILL return for future services because I’m paying for a maintenance, but I will request a different advisor. More
No follow through I arrived at the dealership at around 8:09 am on Saturday and left at 8:34 am, leaving my car to be worked on. My steering wheel would shake at high speeds and there was an indicator about checking the BSD system. The service advisor that was supposed to help me was Francisco Hernandez. He said he would contact me once they received info about my car. At 2:13 PM, I called the dealership since I hadn't heard back from Francisco. I was informed that he was with a customer and would call me back. After waiting overan hour, I called the dealership at 3:32 PM. I was able to speak to the Francisco who mentioned that no one had any concrete idea of what was causing the issues with my car and that they wouldn't have an idea today because the person working on the car would be leaving in less than an hour. Keep in mind I had left my car there since the service office was open. He did mention the I could come and pick up the car and bring it back on a different day. I had someone drop me off at around 4:10 PM and was told that they would at least see why my car was shaking when driving at high speeds. I was also informed that Francisco had left for the day. I waited until 5:36 PM, being the last person in the service waiting area, before heading to the service advisor section. Not only were the lights turned off, but no one was there. I knocked on the door of the service manager and asked for an update. He hurried and had someone test drive my car because apparently they forgot about me. All in all, my car doesn't shake and thankfully I wasn't charged. No one kept me updated at any point. I always had to reach out. I have to bring my car back on Monday to have the issue regarding the BSD system fixed. Hopefully their communication will get better. More

Amazing and easy I had Sierra as my sales person and she was amazing and very accommodating, she listened to what I needed/wanted in a vehicle and kept with in my bud I had Sierra as my sales person and she was amazing and very accommodating, she listened to what I needed/wanted in a vehicle and kept with in my budget. I orginally came in for a used vehicle and she informed me that my money would have been better placed in a new vehicle and I ended up saving money with the newer vehicle! Because she was so knowledgeable and informative and not pushy in the slightest bit I felt very confident with what she showed me. More
