Over charged took 2 hours, no call back Called about coupon for $13.95 oil change And regular tire rotaion.. Was told I did not need an appointment and it would tak an hour or less. And the Called about coupon for $13.95 oil change And regular tire rotaion.. Was told I did not need an appointment and it would tak an hour or less. And the coupon says 1hr oil change or its free. Called to talk to service agent, told she would call back no call back. Called again told my car was being worked on. Took 2 hours to finish oil change and rotation after that point. Then was charged more than I was told the oil change and tire rotaion would cost. Did not even care about the 1 hour or its free oil change. Just wanted to be finished. More

Worst dealer experience ever had. It's the ABSOLUTE worst dealer service experience I have EVER had. Other than the person who serviced me at the pulling curb, everyone else showed NO It's the ABSOLUTE worst dealer service experience I have EVER had. Other than the person who serviced me at the pulling curb, everyone else showed NO customer service quality/ hospitality what so ever. To make matters worst in trying to associate with these nonchalant people; an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took THREE HOURS. WHILE this 3hour wait they BLASTED heavy metal music the ENTIRE time and I mean BLASTED. And I can enjoy some metal (Imgaine Dragons though maybe not exactly heavy are a group I love). Point is that is the WORST waiting music you could ever play at a dealer where you know people will be waiting an unusual amount of time rather it's to purchase a car or have a car serviced. I WATCHED as people's emotions went from impatient to totally irritated and angry during this 3 hour wait. Hey! But the young male staff was loving it and that seemed to be all that mattered. Their happiness. Not the patrons. From now own - I'll be going to a quick line, or even a Walmart for my changes. 15/20 mins (mins the tire rotation). Time is the most value thing there is and I gave of 3hours to watch salesmen sprawl a showroom floor for victims as they stood behind the door digging in their noises and then shook hands as they opened the door. It was just all wrong and disgusting. Thanks new management - your doing a GREAT job at this location. From good to xxx! More
