Renewed HOPE now with Brandon Hyundai I’ve been a long term customer at Brandon Hyundai and have gone through the past 5 years of tremendous turmoil in both sales and service depts., as we I’ve been a long term customer at Brandon Hyundai and have gone through the past 5 years of tremendous turmoil in both sales and service depts., as well as mgmt! I’ve had terrible experiences in sales and horrible service done to my car time after time but I decided, because I know that Mario Otero (only employee who’s stuck it out these past 5 years!) has a work ethic, kind and honest disposition, and truly tries his best to ensure that the “problem” one brings their car in for service, is taken care of and fixed (even if it takes multiple trips!). He’s made himself personally available via email and text, because the scheduling dept. still needs a lot of help (not to mention coordination of computer software between their office, service office and Hyuandai Official main website software) for making appts! I’ve scheduled appts. online and on phone and shown up only to be told I wasn’t on the service dept. schedule!! So, I just personally always directly contact Mario and make all appts., service van rides, etc with him while my vehicle gets service. The price which is exaggerated by “labor lengths of time”, I think may be due to all the new service techs, because the cost to replace a starter in my Sonata and brake pads (with router cuts) shouldn’t each cost $340... but after waiting hours, I just give in and had it done. The new service van and driver was 500% better than in the past! Very nice young man, polite, professional, and great driver! More

Too busy for my business! As a premium car care owner, I called for my routine oil change, which was scheduled for 2 weeks out as their earliest appt. When my AC went out a week later, they gave me an appt for repair of 6 weeks out! I cancelled my oil change and went to Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood for fabulous service for both problems. I received a reminder of my (cancelled) oil change from Brandon anyway, so I called to be assured that it had actually been cancelled and was not on their books. Today, I received an email stating I had missed that appt. after all! Get it together, Brandon!! Going to this dealership has always been an all day affair and usually with a list of more work "recommended" . I didn't realize what a breeze it could be to maintain a car (we've had Hyundais for 20 yrs) until I went to Gettel Hyundai. What a difference! More
