No call back until next day when he apologized because he was off the day I left the message. I should not have been transferred to a voicemail if that person has the day off. So 3 days to just get to talk with someone and get an appointment. Frustrating! More

Bad customer service Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Also a bunch of crooks while we are at it. $1200 for an alternator, labor and an oil change?! The manager of the service parts area Jim was horrible, rude and very disrespectful!! I don’t know how you have people like that working for your company. I will never deal with the likes of him again. I am very disappointed with this service. Lack of communication skills is in this department. Jim was even arguing with my dad and being very snotty. I would like to think this company would hole their employees to higher standards. Very dissatisfied and will be taking this complaint all he way to Hyundai Corporation so maybe they can offer customer service skills classes or teach them how to work in a corporate setting. I’ve had a Hyundai for 6 years and will never get another one after the sedan I just got. More

Could use some improvements in your cs procedures. I have specifically owned a different make car for 12 years and have done all my maintenance on that vehicle at the dealer. (Still own it and use it d I have specifically owned a different make car for 12 years and have done all my maintenance on that vehicle at the dealer. (Still own it and use it daily.) I am used to pulling in to a service center, immediately a rep coming to ask my name & appmnt. Mileage check quick, number on my keys and in the dash and I quickly sign paperwork and I either leave and get a call in less than an hour or wait in the lobby and given an approximate time. Car is off to service in less than 20 min. Hyundai-great warranty, so i though I should expect the same service being a dealer not a side car shop. My experience-pull in. A guy is standing at the desk.. comes over says "Name" I give him my name and told him I had scheduled an appointment. He gets my mileage and says it will be 15 min and someone will be out to assist me. So Brandon Hyundai makes customers stand out in the heat 15 min waiting for a service advisor to come out and recheck what the previous guy puts on the paper? Takes about 30 min to drop my car off...That was 11:40 I was out the door. 4:25pm I call to find out the status of my car. Female on the phone takes my info and says they will call me back. 5:20 I receive a call back that my car is done. And informed they close at 6:00pm. I walk inside at 5:50 and wait for 1 of the 3 employees at the desk to acknowledge my existence. All they care about is who my advisor was. Customer service should help all customers. He came into the room and I signed and was out the door 15min later. Being my first Hyundai, I am sad to say it will be my last. Too much repairs for a car under warranty and your service makes it unbearable. Brandon Honda and My local Honda dealer I had in Kansas City have there customer service professionals take pride and it shows. More
